As part of Yakima Valley Memorial’s return to an independent, locally managed healthcare system, we are migrating patient information to our own secure Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system on Sunday, August 15. The system will be down from 12:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The new EMR system is Cerner-based, just like the one we shared with our former affiliate, Virginia Mason, and will look similar and work in a familiar way for patients and providers.
The name of our new patient portal is MyMemorialHealth. It still coordinates patient hospital visit reports, labs, physician notes and care plan all in one convenient and secure online portal. The only action patients need to take is to re-enroll in the new portal. This should take just few minutes, and give patients easy access to their health information 24/7. You will be able to re-enroll starting August 16.
This conversion has been taking place on an accelerated timeline over the past few months due to our unwind agreement with Virginia Mason. Our goal is to make this as seamless as possible, but after the conversion, there may be delays across a range of our services. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Our patient portal is a convenient way to stay in touch with your Yakima Valley Memorial care team and get up-to-date medical information. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
With Our Patient Portal You Can:
- View your lab, radiology and pathology results in the privacy of your own home.
- See hospital discharge information and physician notes.
Unfortunately, some features on the portal are not available to Yakima patients at this time. We are working to make these features available on our patient portal in the coming months:
- Schedule select appointments yourself.
- Request appointments online with your care team.
- Securely message your care team at a time that fits your schedule.
- Renew your prescriptions without having to call or visit a Yakima Valley Memorial location.
- Convenient access to a summary of your medications, allergies, clinical notes, immunizations and any medical issues.
How to Get Started
You should have received Portal information and sign-up instructions during your last Yakima Valley Memorial hospital visit. You can also enroll and get set up by calling (509) 972-1155 Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
If you are experiencing trouble logging in to your Patient Portal account or are experiencing other technical issues, please call: (800) 276-8807. Support staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
