With our patient portal, you can:

  • View your lab, radiology and pathology results in the privacy of your own home.
  • See hospital discharge information and physician notes.

Unfortunately, some features on the portal are not available to MultiCare Yakima Memorial patients at this time. We are working to make these features available on our patient portal in the coming months:

  • Schedule select appointments yourself.
  • Request appointments online with your care team.
  • Securely message your care team at a time that fits your schedule.
  • Renew your prescriptions without having to call or visit a MultiCare Yakima Memorial location.
  • Convenient access to a summary of your medications, allergies, clinical notes, immunizations and any medical issues.

How to get started

You should have received portal information and sign-up instructions during your last MultiCare Yakima Memorial hospital visit. You can also enroll and get set up by calling 509-972-1155 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Connect your health management apps

MultiCare Yakima Memorial is dedicated to helping improve your overall healthcare experience by providing convenient, streamlined resources to help you better manage your health.

We now offer the ability for you to securely connect your health record to some of the health management apps you may use (i.e. fitness trackers, dietary trackers, etc.).

This new process provides access to your health and wellness data in an app of your choosing that will enable you to make informed choices.

How will MyMemorialHealth benefit my healthcare?

MultiCare Yakima Memorial's patient portal allows you to go online to view lab results and see a summary of medications, allergies, immunizations and medical issues from recent hospital visits.

How do I sign up for the patient portal?

You can enroll in MyMemorialHealth while you are a patient at YVM hospital or you can request access by calling 509.972.1155 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

What do I need to enroll in the MyMemorialHealth?

Enrolling in MyMemorialHealth will take less than five minutes, and the hospital will have much of the information needed. You will need to have proper identification to enroll.

Acceptable forms of ID include:

  • Driver's license.
  • State-issued ID.
  • U.S. Military ID.
  • YVM staff ID.
  • Passport.
  • Marriage license*.
  • Divorce decree*.
  • Adoption papers*.
  • Social security card*.
  • Birth certificate*.

*Must be accompanied with a valid picture ID.

What if I didn't receive my invitation email?

Please check your spam or junk mail folders in your email account. If you still can’t find it, please call 509.972.1155 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and ask them to verify your email address and resend the invitation.

Can I enroll my spouse, child or another family member in the patient portal?

Parents/legal guardians of children under 13 years of age can enroll for access to their child's account. Access will be automatically revoked when that child turns 13 years old in compliance with privacy regulations. You cannot enroll for access to another adult's medical information at this point in time.

Are MyMemorialHealth accounts available for minors 13 to 17 years old?

Health information for minors 13 to 17 years old is specially protected by Washington State statutes and the federal HIPAA privacy rule. We do not offer MyMemorialHealth accounts to minors in this age group or parental access accounts for the parents/guardians of these minors.

Is a mobile version of the MyMemorialHealth available?

Yes, a mobile version of the MyMemorialHealth is available.

How do I get technical help accessing the MyMemorialHealth?

You may call the MyMemorialHealth support line at 877.621.8014, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Can I use the MyMemorialHealth to communicate an emergency or medical concern?

No. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911.

What lab results will be viewable in the MyMemorialHealth?

Most lab test results are viewable in the MyMemorialHealth. Radiology and pathology reports are viewable four calendar days (96 hours) after they are final (not four calendar days after the exam). Currently microbiology lab results are not available in the patient portal.

When will I see my lab results?

Lab results will be delivered into the MyMemorialHealth 24 hours after results are entered into your electronic medical record.

Will MyMemorialHealth allow me to view my clinical notes?

Yes. Most clinical notes from your hospital visit are available in the patient portal. Clinical notes from primary care visits can be found through the eClinicalWorks portal provided through Memorial Physicians. You can also request records through YVM's Health Information Services Department (Medical Records).

What should I bring to my visit?

Please bring medication and allergy lists to your visit. During our transition, your medical records will not be available to staff in the computer. We apologize for any inconvenience.

If I used the old portal, can I still log in to access my records?

Please contact Health Information Management for a copy of your medical record. The phone number is 509.575.8082.
