Bone Density & Body Composition Scanning (DXA)
With our new DXA bone density and body composition imaging service, we're able to measure, in detail, body fat vs. muscle and bone of a patient to help more accurately determine health needs of patients. Some major root causes of chronic diseases has to do with diet, exercise, and obesity issues in the United States. An estimated 72 million American adults are considered to be obese with 11 million being morbidly obese. With our new DXA body composition scanning machine we're able to measure, in detail, body fat of a patient to help more accurately determine health needs of patients.
