Submit an Event to the Memorial Calendar

If you would like your event to appear on Memorial's Calendar of Classes & Events calendar please submit your event using the form below.

If you have multiple events, each event will need to be completed on a separate submission form. Please make sure when inputting in the "Event Title" field, that you designate the type of event first, and then the title of your event (i.e. Diabetes - Sure Start)

You may choose the "type of event" designation by using the drop down menu for your choice. This is how the public can search for and find your class, so it's very important that this field is completed accurately.

Should you wish to change or withdrawal an event after submission, or if you are in need of assistance, please contact "Marketing - Internet Calendar" via e-mail.

"Event title" Field:

If possible, choose from the options in the drop-down menu "Type of event" first, then add your class name. Ex. Diabetes - Sure Start.

If the class/event is a series, please state that in the title as follows: "Diabetes - Sure Start (Series, or 2-day series, etc.)"

"Cost" Field:

If your event is "Free", input as "No Charge".

"Event Image" Field:

Only these formats will upload: JPEG, BMP, GIF, TIFF, and PNG so please make sure any graphics are saved in these formats.

"Class/Event Description"

Please provide complete description of the class or event and any presenters or special directions/instructions. This field will upload exactly as you input the information, so please check for grammar and appropriate professional titles.
