We believe there isn't anyone more qualified to recommend new candidates whose skills align with our mission than Yakima Valley Memorial (YVM) employees who already support our goals on a daily basis.

Our employee referral program encourages you to introduce your talented friends, family members or former colleagues to career opportunities at YVM. Your referrals will help ensure that we continue to find the right people for posted open positions—people who are the right fit for our team and our environment.

Some positions at YVM are eligible for current employees to receive a referral bonus. Staff can visit the Recruitment Incentives Policy on the intranet for guidelines and eligibility.
