Memorial’s 16th Avenue Station offers comprehensive rehabilitation services. By providing specialized physical medicine and rehabilitation care, physicians, nurses and therapists are able to work together to restore function for a person who has been disabled as a result of a disease, disorder or injury. The practice is open to community referrals on a routine or urgent basis.

Memorial’s 16th Avenue Station’s treatment team coordinates this full spectrum of care for individual patients of all ages and with a variety of conditions, including neurological disorders and musculoskeletal disorders. Diagnostic studies include nerve conduction studies and electro-myography.

Our Physicians

Glyn E. A. Marsh, M.D., completed his medical training at Loma Linda University Medical School, where he specialized in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. His practice specializes in the management of nonsurgical orthopedic injuries, sports injuries, back pain, neck pain, neuropathic pain, spasticity, strokes, and spinal cord injuries. He also performs electrodiagnostic testing and interventional headache management.

Stacy Ostler, M.D. Board Certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation wih sub-specialty certification in Pain Management. Medical practice specializes in management of patients with nonsurgical orthopedic injuries, chronic pain and spine disorders. She is also trained in medical acupuncture and electrodiagnostic testing.
