Our medical team provides an array of return-to-function services including:
Interventional Pain Care
This program provides patients with an alternative to living with pain. Interventional techniques are used to reduce or control pain to ultimately enable patients to participate in a rehabilitation program designed to bring long-lasting results.
Cardiac Rehabilitation
This program teaches patients with established heart disease how to recognize and modify their coronary risk factors. The cardiac rehab team works with patients to improve functional capacity, lessen activity-related symptoms and reduce disability through a blend of exercise training and educational classes.
