Patients, families or visitors have the right to register complaints or concerns about any aspect of their care or experience at Memorial Hospital.
Your complaints or concerns may be made verbally to any hospital staff member. Written complaints, concerns or suggestions may be addressed to the hospital in care of the Administrator.
You may also contact the Washington State Department of Health or the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), and notify them of your grievance in writing or by calling their toll free numbers:
