If you answered yes to either question, you might be a Red Hot Mama! Red Hot Mamas is a new, monthly educational program offered by Memorial. At each meeting, featured speakers provide current menopause management education and psychosocial support to our members. The topics vary each month. The group meets at Memorial Education Center on the second Tuesday from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

The concept of the Red Hot Mamas programs originated in 1991 in Connecticut. Its mission is to empower women to be educated consumers in their healthcare and active participants in the management of their menopause, preparing them for a comfortable menopause and healthy postmenopausal transition.

Registration is free. In addition to learning some new information, meeting new friends and having a great time, members who attend will receive valuable coupons.
