Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital and its associated facilities and clinics do not have a contract with Humana Insurance.

What This Means for Patients with Humana Insurance

Individuals with any form of Humana Insurance will need to be seen by other providers in the community. Patients can continue to receive care at our Emergency Department with no restrictions. If you have a medical emergency, go straight to the nearest Emergency Department.

What Are My Options to Keep My Access to Care with Memorial?

If you have a Humana Medicare Advantage plan, the only way to gain access to Memorial facilities is to switch to Medicare or elect a different Medicare Advantage plan during an open enrollment period. Please contact one of the representatives below for more information on open enrollment dates.
